Kosmic Kids Teachers & Teacher's Assistants
Qualifications: Wish to share that "child-like spirit with the youth! Communication skills. Patience! Good listener.
Responsibilities:
Teachers: Facilitate/conduct one Sunday lessons per month, 9 or 11a.m. service. Complete Teacher training provided by Youth Church Coordinator. Direct/oversee assigned Teacher’s Assistant.
Teacher's Assistants: Assist Teacher in conducting Youth Church classes. Assist  children with simple lesson, crafts, music, etc.
Benefits: Help children grow in their spiritual development here at the Center!

Beyond Sunday Members
Qualifications: Caring, emotionally supportive and people-oriented. No further experience required!
Responsibilities: Attend the “Beyond Sunday” planning meetings. Telephone individuals who are ill or recovering from illnesses. We also make visitation to hospitals, rest homes and home, write notes of caring and encouragement.   
Benefits: Make new friends, share time together, and discuss items
of common interest and Spiritual thought.

Meditation Committee Member
Qualifications: Experience not required.
Responsibilities: One hour planning meeting each month. Attend most weekly 30-minute Meditation Sessions. You will help influence one of the most important RSCD programs.
Benefits: You will feel a deeper sense of belonging to our church.
You will also feel a sense of achievement as you add to RSCD.

First Time Welcomer
Qualifications: Friendly face and the willingness to meet new people.
Responsibilities: Greet the people who received a flower, lead them to the "Welcome Table" and, perhaps,  become a new friend.

Ushers and Greeters
Qualifications: Willingness to serve the Church
Responsibilities: Serve as an Usher or Greeter for one service one or two times a month. Greet people as they enter the church. Help visitors find seating.  
Benefits: Meet new people at Church and feel a part of the Church family.

Member of the Good Grief Support Group
Qualifications: Gentleness, spiritually centered – personal experience with grief themselves or others.
Responsibilities: To come once to the Church to facilitate meeting. First Tuesday of each month (5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
Benefits: Be able to move forward in the grieving process, be able to help others.

Hospice Volunteer
Qualifications: Good listener.  Desire to assist caretakers, families
and people who are in the process of leaving this Planet.
Responsibilities: Be willing to take training from Hospice Center.
Benefits: Sharing your love and companionship with those in need.

Telephone Contactor for Social Lights
Qualifications: A clear voice and a small amount of your time.
Responsibilities:  To take a list of names and inform them of the upcoming events.
