Pam Carter Pam continues to open new doors of life opportunities; allowing each experience to be an open-ended adventure of growth and answers. As the new Dean of Braille Institute, Pam has the pleasure of participating in creating the next learning paradigm for living with vision loss. Coupling her work at the Institute, along with being a Practitioner and volunteer Chaplain at Eisenhower Medical Center, Pam finds the power-of-one to be her golden rule for personal rewards.
